74 are architects, interior designers and placemakers based in Manchester.
Their expertise runs from the development of strategic masterplans and the creation of new destinations to landmark buildings and bespoke interiors. They often work with existing buildings and have significant experience with heritage assets and are one of the UK’s leaders in the design of award-winning student accommodation and amenities. They also work regularly on workplace, residential BTR (build-to-rent) and hospitality schemes.

The brief
The brief was to create a new showcase portfolio website that needed to not only look stylish, but be super-simple in terms of use.
Our thinking
We used the Squarespace as a platform for this website build because it matched the client brief perfectly in terms of style, simplicity and ease of use.
